How long will my order take?

Delivery normally occurs within 2-4 weeks. Each product listing includes the estimated delivery time frame and where possible we provide a date range of the expected delivery window.

We manufacture and source your products from a number of different suppliers from Australia and around the world. Manufacturing lead time varies, as does bulk orders so it’s difficult to generalize, however we aim to keep you informed to the expected delivery time frame. We will endeavor to have the items to you as soon as possible, but prefer to keep them here with us until most of your order is complete.

Why did I not receive my full order?

Each product has an estimate delivery time. We aim to send all your order out once complete, however, on occasions items will be sent once they are available in which case you may not receive all of your order at the same time.

Sometimes unfortunately items may be unavailable and in this case we will help out by suggesting an appropriate alternative. We do our best to have your items available as per the suggested time on the website.

What if you don't have the product I'm looking for

As we are Designers, this comes under our Design service and we will be pleased to find you any product you are after and also recommend what works with it. Just send us an email and we will be pleased to help.

Does the price vary for Quantity?

As we also cater for a commercial market, we think you may need larger quantities and so our prices will vary based on volume ordered.

We are able to negotiate better prices on bulk manufacturing of items, and so love to pass on these savings to you, our customer. However please remember, if there is something in large quantity ordered, it may take a little longer to get to you.

All our prices are displayed on our website in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept credit card & BPay payments.

Prices are subject to change at any time and take effect immediately upon us changing the price on our website. Don’t worry though, if you have an order already placed, your price is fixed.

Why do some items incur additional delivery charges?

We aim to provide a flat rate (zone based) shipping on our products for all orders to make it easier for everyone. On occasions, items may be heavy or bulky and will incur additional delivery charges. We will advise of these charges next to the item and will quote you separately on that items delivery. Delivery fees and times vary for different products & are calculated based on the availability, size, weight, & destination of your order. We will email you with these costs.

If delivery of an order results in unacceptably high freight charges we understand that you may not wish to proceed and in this case the order will be cancelled. However if you decide to proceed, after acceptance of the order, your payment in full including delivery will be nonrefundable.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We hope that you love your special items and whilst your purchase confirms you decision to accept the products and no returns are accepted if you change your mind, if there is an issue, please contact us. If your items are faulty, broken, or otherwise non compliant, please contact us as soon as possible.

All claims must be in writing within 5 days of delivery. You may be required to provide photographs of the item in question. Products should never be returned without an authorization note from Jazz.

Items that are deemed acceptable for return must be in an as new condition with original packaging and labelling, not used, not washed or laundered. Once we receive your items we will contact you regarding the next required action.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we deem the product has been subject to wear & tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance to manufacturers instructions and conditions or failure to take reasonable care.

On occasions, despite our best efforts, items can be damaged in transit if you notice an item is damaged when you receive it, please contact us within 2 days. We may arrange a replacement product or come to another agreement regarding a refund or credit to your account.

We aim to send all your order to you once however, occasionally, if one item is delayed, we will send you the bulk with any outstanding item to follow.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to the product once the goods have left our depot.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided by you and to help us out, please let us know any special delivery instructions including but not limited to street access, delivery dock instructions, special contact person/s, restricted access etc.

If no one is home to accept the Delivery your items will be left in a safe place however Jazz can not be help responsably for any item if left unattended and not signed for.
