Liability

To the extent permitted by Law, we, our directors, employees & external parties connected to us expressly exclude all conditions, warranties, & terms liability for loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our website, products or services.

• if the breach of an implied warranty or condition relates to services then the resupply of the services or the supply of equivalent services or reimbursement of payments made by you for the services (excluding any fees or payments charged by, or made to, any government authorities or any third parties). 

You also indemnify and will keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, demands, claims for proceedings suffered or incurred by us or brought against us in connection with:

• your use of the products and services; 
• your access to, or use of our website and the Content; 
• any breach of these terms by you; and 
• provision, publication and distribution of any data, information or documents by you.
